Shipping Policy

At Foojoo, all our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our production partners. This means each item is specially created after you place an order.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.

Shipping Time
Once dispatched, delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other locations: 5–8 business days

Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of order.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery in real time.

Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes

Foojoo is not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept the order

The order may be returned or disposed of by the courier partner. In such cases, Foojoo will not be responsible for reshipping or refunds.

International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
