At Foojoo, all our products are made-to-order with care. Because of this, we follow a strict no-refund policy.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any orders.

Replacements (Only in Eligible Cases)
We only offer replacements if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive a defective item
  • You receive an incorrect product (wrong design, size, or item)

Important Conditions for Replacement

  • You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color differences due to screen variations
  • Personal preference or dislike of the product

How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, email us at support@foojoo.co with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear images of the product and packaging

Once approved, your replacement will be processed and shipped at no additional cost.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they go into production immediately.
